30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging.
Conditions
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Buyer pays return shipping costs
- If the product is defective, we cover return shipping
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Defective Products
If your product arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no cost.
